Well hiya! My names Ariel and welcome to my very first fitness blog! I have been over weight my entire life and have struggled with keeping my type 1 diabetes in check since the age of 11. January-Grace is my two year old daughter and after using the "I just had a baby" excuse for litttllee longer than I should have I've finally decided, this is my year! I am going to get in shape and start feeling good about myself!
So here it goes, my starting weight was 246.6..eeks! (I still hate admitting that.) I've been on my journey for healthy living for about a month now and so far I've lost 16! :) I am going to get healthy the right way, no starving, or skimping out. I'm ready for this change in the right direction! Let's do this!
