Structure

Along my health journeys I've tried, every kind of diet. You name, I've tried it. I even tried that eating only cabbage soup diet...uuugghh, I shutter at the thought. At the beginning of this year as I started running I was like "I'll just watch calories and that will be good enough", well it was good enough for me to feel better, to keep moving, and to loose a little bit of weight. I've been a vegetarian for 2 years now, and have toyed with the idea of going vegan, but I'm just not quite sure I'm ready for that kind of commitment. :/ After these many months I began to get kind of lonely, no support system with my eating healthier, other than my wonderful other half Patrick, my daughter January-Grace, Mom and a couple of my friends. I felt like I needed more than that, people who were going through the same life choices as me. So yesterday, I joined Weight Watchers!!! Everyone was so kind, and motivating, and man did that feel good. It brought me to a whole new level, a whole group of people, on their way to healthy living, and best of all they're there for when you don't have such a great week, they get super stoked to help boost you back up. I'm mega excited!!! I feel great doing something like this for my self and I can't wait until next Thursday for my very first weigh in! I have designated Thursday to now be Weight Watchers Thursday and I will let ya'll know how the meeting went, and see how my weight loss is going. :)



Anyone else need that support group? What does motivate you?
